About Rachael
Coucou! I'm Rachael, the face behind Confident French. I've been learning and loving French since the age of 11, after falling in love with languages on my first holiday abroad.
I've been helping students learn since 2015 and one thing has become clear, most students don't struggle because they're 'bad at languages', they struggle because they haven't been shown how to learn French with confidence.
That's why I created Confident French.
I specialise in GCSE French, helping students develop their vocabulary, grammar and exam techniques they need to achieve their best possible grades. My lessons are friendly, supportive and structured, giving students the confidence to speak, understand and enjoy French rather than simply memorising it.
I have spent years working with students of all ages and abilities, from those who feel completely overwhelmed to those aiming for the highest grades.
Whether it's through weekly online classes, revision masterclasses or practical exam resources, my aim is simple: to make GCSE French feel achievable and to help every student walk into their exam feeling calm, prepared and confident.
